Behavioural insights for active citizenship among youth in Cameroon

Back to overview

Through its programme ‘BIM for Peace’ Mensen met een Missie applies insights from behavioural sciences, psychology and marketing to further local peacebuilding efforts. To increase the effectiveness and impact of peacebuilding interventions we need to complement existing peacebuilding approaches with new tools to factor in the primary dynamics in human behaviour.

With the help of 4 experts, we delved into a specific case related to active citizenship of youth in Cameroon provided our long-time partner Dynamique Mondiale des Jeunes (DMJ). Each expert provided insights from their own perspective and expertise to improve and enrich the DMJ strategy.

The detailed process and results can be found in the report below.
