Retention Period
Mensen met een Missie does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
The retention period for personal data depends on the purpose for which the personal data are used. For example, certain personal data (such as the name and address of friends, donors and other endowers) that are processed for legal purposes must be kept for seven years. After the storage of your personal data is no longer necessary, they will be deleted.
Security, confidentiality and external parties
We are aware that personal data has been entrusted to us and that we must manage this confidentially. Personal data are kept securely and carefully and for no longer than is necessary for use within Mensen met een Missie or for the purpose for which they were collected.

Within Mensen met een Missie tracked personal data are managed by the employees at the office in The Hague. Only the employees in charge of the donor administration can view the donor data and make changes. For all employees, authentication is mandatory both to access the Mensen met een Missie environment as well as a separate authentication for access to specific applications that provide access to personal data.
All employees are informed about a careful way of handling personal data.

Exchange of personal data with external parties
