Well if you wonder whether my work is effective just read the feedback of the students of S3 of Bishop Cipriano Kihangire. It is just so exciting! 

I used to ask for feedback in a general way, to evaluate the programme. But if you start to ask what do you want to achieve, what do you have to change and with who are you going to talk if you get some setbacks (the last stage in behavior change)……. It is just wonderful. They have truly gotten the message, internalized it and are ready to change. I love to read all the feedback, I scanned a few but it ones give you a good impression.

What did we do? Last week we went for 2 Days to this secondary school, it is extremely big over 1000 students. Every class has 3 streams and each class has 80 students. We went with a team of 20 people, every class 2 facilitators. The good thing was that we had 3 kits (drama). We had all the equipment and manpower to play it well. Even in a hall with 3 classes, >200 students, there was silence during the play. Wonderful!!
